Terms of use

Planning tool

RoadShare helps homeowners and neighborhood groups organize road-project information. It is a planning tool and does not create an assessment, payment obligation, contract, or community approval.

Not professional advice

RoadShare does not provide legal, surveying, engineering, tax, or investment advice. Confirm property rights, easements, permits, construction requirements, and legal obligations with qualified professionals.

Maps and property information

Parcel and road information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Map geometry is not a survey or legal ownership determination. A user-drawn road connection indicates planning geometry only and does not establish legal access or construction permission.

Costs and materials

Project costs, allocations, frontage, material quantities, scenarios, and reserve amounts are estimates. They may vary with field conditions, contractor specifications, pricing, grading, compaction, waste, and user-entered assumptions. Estimated shares are not statements of legal responsibility.

Document assistance

RoadShare may identify, summarize, or interpret text from uploaded agreements. Results can be incomplete or incorrect and require homeowner review. Findings do not silently change project state and are not a legal interpretation of an agreement.

Accounts and sharing

Project owners are responsible for their account security and for information they choose to publish. Shared proposals are owner-published snapshots and may not reflect later private edits.

Production approval

These terms are a product draft. Governing law, dispute resolution, warranty, limitation-of-liability, contact, and effective-date terms require legal and owner approval before launch.
